Aspirationally, I seek to become a CAIO: Chief AI Officer at a local FinTech company in Palo Alto.

What could possibly make me believe that I am capable of doing this through the d.School?

Now that AI can code AI, the realm of the highly technical is a design domain. 

​

No longer is a computer science PhD a requirement to be a CAIO.

​

The future of AI is human centered and about human ingenuity.

​

The ability to think outside the box is the greatest AI skill.

​

The d.School will help me to master this skill.

​

Furthermore, it will boost my ability to lead.

​

The key is to lead teams that morph.

​

The 2026 word of the year? Morph.

​

No longer is growth enough.

​

A company must morph. 

​

And so too must I.
